The self-catering holiday apartments can host from 2 to 5 people and feature large living room, kitchen, one or two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower and bidet.
At your disposal towels, bedclothes, dish towels, extra pillows, hair dryer, flat screen tv and WiFi free of charge.
In the kitchen you find pots, pans, bowls, dishes, cups, cutlery, kitchenware, salt and pepper; a refrigerator with freezer, ceramic electric cooktop, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a dishwasher. If you need a Moka pot, a toaster or other kitchenware, feel free to ask for them!
The balcony/garden is equipped with table and chairs, so that you can eat outdoor as well!
On request a travel cot and/or a high chair are available.
You can park your car and your bicycles in our private garage! In the dependence Larchwaldhöfl you also find an electric vehicle charging station (charge applies).
Of course, on request you are welcome to have breakfast in the original Tyrolean Stube with a surcharge of € 13,00 per person and day!
We provide you with the ticket for all public transportation throughout South Tyrol free of charge.

The rates are per day for two people and vary according to the season.
For each additional adult we charge € 20,00 per day and € 15,00 for each child.
Dogs are admitted in the apartments Laugen, Hochwart, Edelweiß, Alpenrose and in the room nr. 4. We charge € 10,00 per day.
We kindly ask you to send us an email indicating the exact period of your stay, your address and phone number. We will promptly confirm your booking per email.
If you cancel your stay, we will charge following fees:
Tourist tax for all guests over 14: euro 2,10 per person and day. The tourist tax is not included in the tariff and can be paid only on site.
You are welcome to let us pamper you with a tasty breakfast served in the original Tyrolean Stube with splendid panoramic view. At your disposal: bread, sausages/ham/speck, cheese, jams, butter, honey, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fruits and yoghurt.
You are welcome to arrive starting from 2pm. Should you arrive earlier, simply write us an email.
On departure we kindly ask you to leave the room/apartment within 10am.
You are welcome to park your car and bicycles in our private garage without extra fee. Many places to park are available also outdoor.
In the garden behind the house there is a large playground. Children can find a slide, a swing, a ricking horse, a sandbox, balls, a table tennis, a table soccer and a trampoline here.
Clean, functional apartment in a great location, close to hiking paths, close to Merano for restaurants & shops. Verena was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful! We had a vey comfortable stay. The kitchen could have done with an oven (useful for slightly longer stays) and a few more pots and pans.

Perfect apartment for two people but even if you go in three like us it's great. It has everything you need for a short stay, but also for those that are a little longer. Impeccable cleanliness and enviable location, very close to the ski slopes, hiking trails and the bus stop and 10 minutes from Merano. Highly recommended for those who want to fully experience the mountain. Verena and Albert are exquisite, friendly and helpful people, with whom it is nice to talk or ask for all kinds of information.

In Verena's apartment you can spend very nice holidays: great location with panoramic views from the large terrace, very tastefully furnished apartment, great kitchen and above all very warm and accommodating hosts. We will definitely come back!!!!
