A hearty welcome
The guest house Larchwald with its cosy apartments is located in enchanting, sunny position with gorgeous views of the Alps. The sunrise and the sunset let us always astonished. All around our meadows and woods. The ski and hiking resort Meran 2000 is just 2 km away and the hike path nr. 50 leads you there directly from our house. In two minutes you reach the bus stop. We provide you with the ticket for all public transportation throughout South Tyrol free of charge. In some minutes you will reach the butcher shop and the market.
On our farm vacation Larchwaldhöfl (nearby the Penison Larchwald) we also have some sheep and four calves grazing on our meadows in spring and autumn. In summer they are on the alpine pasture and we collect hay for the winter.
We are the perfect holiday getaway in every season!

Our large playing ground next to the house invites children to play in the sandbox, on the slide and on the swing. Furthermore the little (and the big!) ones find at their disposal: table tennis, table soccer, a big area to play football and bowls.

Clean, functional apartment in a great location, close to hiking paths, close to Merano for restaurants & shops. Verena was a wonderful host, very friendly and helpful! We had a vey comfortable stay.
Beautiful location above Meran. A hostess who is kindness and warmth. The apartment clean and comfortable. Balcony terrace and adjacent lawn overlooking the valley. Excellent walks right from the property. With our Bernese mountain dog, we found exactly the piece of earth to relax that we were looking for!
We had a perfect holiday. The location is beautiful with mountain views and away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to quickly drive to Meran or Bolzano. Hiking can be done directly from the apartment. [...] The apartment is equipped to a very high quality and has everything you need on vacation. Verena welcomed us very warmly and provided us with excursion tips.
The apartment is really nice and attention to detail. New decor, ample space to keep clothes and the kitchen is complete with everything (including dishwasher) including plates/glasses/cups. Verena is really nice and available as well as very nice. Spectacular view.
